It is really adorable and the painted flowers are done well. The paint is worn a bit where the wooden closure piece hits/turns, see pics, from it turning over the years. There are also a few small wood flaws on the back where the wood has been dinged or chipped. *doll and accessories NOT included, shown for scale Vintage Cottage Core Wooden Small Hutch approximately 24" high, 13"wide, and 6.5" deep, With Shelves Heart Cutouts and adorable floral Hand Painting. Good, clean condition. This can be used for 18" dolls or placed on a bureau or sideboard as a small shelf or trinket holder. It is really adorable and the painted flowers are done well. The paint is worn a bit where the wooden closure piece hits/turns, see pics, from it turning over the years. There are also a few small wood flaws on the back where the wood has been dinged or chipped. I have taken closeups of all flaws, so please look at all pics. There is also writing, I think in pencil, on the back with the year. This can probably be erased. Overall, it is in good, sturdy condition and made very well. It weighs 7 pounds without any shipping materials. Perfect gift for a trinket collector who loves cottage core or an American Girl or 18" doll collector who has a kitchen or bedroom setup.
