View Poor Original WWI Halt The Hun Third Liberty Bond Buy US Government Bonds Poster with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. This poster is in very poor condition. Unfortunately a previous owner did put some clear tape on the back. Most of it now has been removed but it left a slightly sticky residue. There are some pieces of tape on the back that do remain on the poster. It's missing pieces, pieces that are broken off. Overall this is just rough. When looking at the printing up close you will see dots that are generally indicative of a more modern printed poster, but I believe those to be used in shading.
