It still has the little plastic tab in the bottom where the battery goes. This item is brand new and its original box and packaging. I got it from an estate auction when they were opening it up to show everyone they did tear the Styrofoam piece up a little and it appears someone tried to scratch a sticker or price tag off of the front of it so it is dented and has some adhesive residue on the box. The residue will come off but there will still be a little dent in the box. The snowman figuring is in perfect condition and has never been used. It still has the little plastic tab in the bottom where the battery goes. Please see all photos.
