Vintage KWO Erzgebirge Fisherman “Angler” Smoker – Model 103-387 – Original Box Charming traditional German wooden incense smoker made by KWO (Kunstgewerbe-Werkstätten Olbernhau GmbH) in Germany’s Erzgebirge region. This unusual fisherman / Angler is designed as a seated “Kantenhocker” figure, allowing him to sit on the edge of a shelf, mantel or other surface with his legs hanging down. He is wonderfully detailed with a long wooden fishing rod and line, a hanging fish, pipe, scarf and traditional hat. The figure separates to reveal the incense-cone holder, as shown in the photographs. Smoke exits through the figure’s open mouth when used with an appropriate incense cone.
