It was beautifully made with 3 different parts or layers! You have the base layer with back layer that includes the stem. Then you have the  textured flower petal layer with the less shiny surface. Then the center tiny petals where the pearl is set. Plus the pearl itself! We are guessing that it could be an Akoya cultured pearl, which were/are often used in fine jewelry. It certainly has a beautiful luster! This flower brooch has a total weight of 10.4 grams and a total length of approximately 1 3/4". Read below for further details.
