I leave that up to the individual buying them. (Most blown glass bulbs cannot be washed with soap or water as it will ruin the paint, stencil and mica on them). Some wear and paint loss with age, see scans. All of my lots are vintage used items, therefore some may have minor defects, oxidation, minor flaws, minor paint loss.  Some may be dusty or a few specks of dirt as they are used vintage items.  Sold as is for these conditions listed.  If there is a big flaw, I will try to mention it.  I do not wash them before selling them. I leave that up to the individual buying them.
