The charm is a puffy heart charm. The design is a swirls border on the left side, while the right side is covered by long swirls that start at the top center and fan out to the right edge.  I f there are white or dark spots on my photos, it is camera flash or reflection of background unless noted otherwise, not an imperfection.  The ch arm is marked Sterling silver on the back. There is engraving on the back of this heart charm. The back of the charm has been professionally engraved  with the name "Gladys".  The charm is in good condition, with no dings or dents. The heart charm measures approximately 5/8" across in size. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT COMPUTER MONITORS ARE NOT ALL CALIBRATED ALIKE.
