The tag reads, " Laura Ashley  Made in Great Britain 100% Cotton USA 10 Lining 100% Polyester Hand Wash."  The dress is marked a vintage women's size 10, it appears to fit like a Small, and full measurements are given below.  The design is a dress with  long puffy sleeves with 2 functional buttons, square neckline, fitted bodice, and long  skirt with 2 pockets & fabric belt.  Can be worn with or without belt. Dress does not have loops. The fabric is cotton velvet corduroy with a floral pattern in navy, purple, red, tan, and ivory. Lighter blue and green, and pastels of pink, blue, and green.  An extra button is sewn into the tag.
