(it really depends on the year created and the design) and surprisingly there are tons of knock-off’s that are signed … so it’s definitely not a rule of thumb to go by….. at least with Alexis Bittar jewelry… (and many of the fakes are hallmarked incorrectly…meaning the real pair may be hallmarked AB while the knockoffs are hallmarked Alexis Bittar. Or vice versa. ) I can show you examples of any tips provided here if you ask! You can Check the backing or inside color and material… it’s kinda an easy quick way to spot them. If not the size, color scheme , materials and the actual design will reflect each item’s authenticity best ! So compare measurements and colors! Theres usually a notable difference. You might just need to know what to look for. (Most often the actual colors and size are off. And obviously the materials, quality and craftsmanship are very different!)
