This makes a great planter for succulents and small plantings. Glaze remains glossy and bright. There is a tiny glaze skip on the back of the hooded head. Vintage 1950s Gilner California pottery pixie/elf planter featuring a seated red/brown-clad pixie perched on a glossy chartreuse-green log with mushroom detail. The planter measures approximately 7” wide x 4¼” high x 3½” deep and has the whimsical woodland styling associated with Gilner’s mid-century California pottery. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Glaze remains glossy and bright. Minor age-related surface wear may be present consistent with vintage display. There is a tiny glaze skip on the back of the hooded head. Please review all photographs carefully as part of the condition description.
