I bought these from the estate sale of a baker. They are likely made as cupcake toppers but could certainly be used on cakes! These were never used and are very clean. All sticks are attached. I bought these from the estate sale of a baker.  These are made by Pfeil & Holing according to the paper tag.  There are 111 plastic figures in all: 33 witches, 32 Cats, 26 Scarecrows and 20 pumpkins.  They are likely made as cupcake toppers but could certainly be used on cakes!  So many people identify these same figures as Rosbro, but I see no marking to that effect and there was a paper tag for Pfeil & Boling.  Many figures (not all) are embossed with Hong Kong.  I think the embossing simply did not fit well on some of the figures.  The bag they came in was compromised, but I do have the paper label.  These were never used and are very clean.  All sticks are attached.  Only some pumpkins have a slight split where the halves of the pumpkin come together - but that is likely from the mfg process. Each is about 2 1/2" tall including the stick - so they stick up approximately 1" above the cake.  These will be carefully packed and fully insured at my expense. Condition: New other (see details).
