The lid removes entirely and sits a top of the box. I believe it’s made of resin. Has a bronze color to it. Overall condition is quite good. There are a few scuffs and bit of dust, but there is only one notable bit of damage, one of the toes on the dragon is broken. Please see the last photo for details. Otherwise there are minimal scuffs. Typical of light use, most notable is a blue mark on the corner. I don't know if it could be cleaned off. The underside has a corner where the felt has come off.
