Item Title / Brief Overview Up for sale is a stunning, highly collectible vintage mid-century costume jewelry demi-parure set from my granny's estate. Attributed to D&E / Juliana. I have researched these to the best of my ability, but I am not an expert or collector. I am describing these features and guessing at the maker to the best of my ability based on known vintage collector guides. Please rely on your own knowledge, or confirm all details here with your own research if you are a collector.  Brand & Maker Attribution As is typical with high-end mid-century pieces from this era, the set is unsigned. However, the front styling and rear assembly show construction hallmarks strongly attributed to / presumed to be DeLizza & Elster (D&E) / Juliana. Key features consistent with D&E manufacturing include Puddling:   Thick, visible "solder puddling" joining the rhinestone cups together on the reverse side. Integration: The brooch pin mechanism is integrated and soldered directly into the cup structure rather than using a separate adapter plate. Open Back:  The massive focal stone on the brooch sits inside an open-back, unfoiled frame.  Video:  I made a video to give you an idea of the stones'  brilliance. They really put on quite a show. The Set Includes: Large Statement Brooch:  Measures nearly 3 inches across (about 2.8" at its widest). It features a large, open-back amber glass center stone surrounded by a multi-tiered pavé framework of peach and brilliant aurora borealis rhinestones. It's a bit domed. So my estimate is about .75" thick/depth for the entire brooch. Center stone alone is about 1.5" across at its widest.  Main stone has a wide band of a slightly different color flowing through it ( givre ). Matching Clip-on Earrings :    Square-set design complement the brooch beautifully. Conventional clip-back mechanisms. They are about 1.7" across at their widest. Condition Cleaning:   I have not attempted to clean these items. You will know the methods better than me.  Brooch : Very good vintage condition. All stones are present and bright. The pin mechanism works perfectly.  Earrings :  Good vintage condition. No missing stones. The clips function properly and hold firmly. Please note there is some typical, age-related clouding on the foil backing where the center stones meet the metal settings (clearly documented in the photos, but feel free to request more photos if needed). Also, I see a little verdigris on the clips when they are opened. I have not attempted to remove or clean. There are no rubber pads. Condition Notes Please review all photos carefully as they form part of the condition description.
