The top of the metal cap says, "Made in U.S. of A." Most likely it is a Shiny Brite ornament Measures 3" from the top of the cap to the bottom of the ornament. It has some age related wear including some spotting, color & silver loss and mica stained on the bottom . The mica band design is in very good condition.
