The Barbie doll is a 1972 Malibu Barbie, the first edition of the Malibu line, made in Japan butt marking, and she is in excellent to near mint condition Except for the blue staining on her face. Here is a huge vintage Barbie clothing lot mainly from the 1960s -1970s, featuring a blonde-haired 1972 Barbie doll and various accessories. This collection includes outfits in multicolored fabrics, perfect for all occasions. Many pieces are Made by Mattel, some are Mommy made, some are for dolls slightly larger or smaller than Barbie. This collection celebrates several decades of Barbie fashion, making it a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage Barbie! The Barbie doll is a 1972 Malibu Barbie, the first edition of the Malibu line, made in Japan butt marking, and she is in excellent to near mint condition Except for the blue staining on her face. I did not know how to remove this, and will leave that up to a more knowledgeable collector. Her legs bend and click as they should, no missing fingers or toes, beautiful long blonde hair, and suntanned body! She’s wearing a “peck-a-boo shoulder” Sun dress and bright orange high heels. There are two “Malibu “ ‘61 shirts! The clothes consist of slacks, skirts, dresses, blouses, doll blankets, a couple pair of modern shoes, and some single high heel shoes, hangers, and lots more! There is a Christmas top that is super cute! There is an original “Tressy” dress. Another piece worthy of mentioning, is the little blue robe with a ribbon belt! There are some adorable starred slacks that have a tag that say “Barbie.” And a few slacks that would fit Skipper, Francie, or others. There is a “handkerchief” dress with working snaps, and a few crocheted pieces. There is a bonnet with silk ties, cute tennis dress, and 2 baby doll blankets!
