Made of black silk, this clutch purse has rows of small black beads along its seams and borders while inside the borders, the black beads make a scalloped or swirling pattern. 1940s-1950s WALBORG BEADED PURSE Made of black silk, this clutch purse has rows of small black beads along its seams and borders while inside the borders, the black beads make a scalloped or swirling pattern. Along with that are flower blossoms and leaves at the foldover and front. These are connected and made of very small chain stitches in pink, green, and blue. At the blossom centers are a few beads. On the back, the floral blossom needlework is scattered. Inside the purse is a pocket on which is a label MADE IN BELGIUM BY HAND and WALBORG. The purse closes with a 1/2" brass snap. It measures 9-1/2" x 5-1/2." Very good condition. At a close inspection, there are a few small beads missing. A lovely vintage formal accessory ~  Condition: Pre-owned.
