Hello & Welcome This listing is for an Antique Hand painted NIPPON Celery dish with 6 salt cellars.    COMPLETE SET Wonderfully rare and in PRISTINE condition This set has been part of my family's estate since it was new (1909). My Grandmother kept it on display as did her mother before her and as I have done since I acquired it in the late 80's.   I am thinning out my extensive collection.  I have many that are still packed away in steamer trunks  that I would like to display and have no room to do so.  Therefore some must go to make room for others.   I have decided to sell some of the pieces that I have had the pleasure of enjoying for the last 30+ years to make room for those I haven't even seen. It is a rare find and looks as beautiful as the day it was manufactured.   VERY FINE bone china and completely hand painted. This lovely set features Blue birds with flowers in a meadow and a farm scene in the back ground. Colors are stunning and each piece is rimmed in gold gilt and the celery dish has a rim of gold around the base as well. This set would make a treasured addition to an collection and a wonderful gift for that someone special in your life. Would also make a treasured wedding gift or Anniversary Gift.  (It was an Anniversary gift to my Great Grandparents and they treasured it as have I)  It is over 100 years old and looks as beautiful as the day it was gifted to them. Measurements: Celery Dish 12 3/4 inches long X 6 1/2 inches wide X 1 1/2 inches deep Salt cellars : 3 3/4 inches long 2 3/8 inches wide X 1/2 inch deep  Each piece bears the Nippon Mark (Green Wreath) please refer to photos **NOTE - This is for the 7 piece set only.  Plate stand is NOT INCLUDED.
