It is in the form of a big cat, most likely a leopard. The piece is dark silver tone metal. There are several small rhinestones forming the nose. The 3rd photo shows the mentioned damage. The piece at the top that would complete the hole for the jump loop is missing. However, this can be easily bypassed and still be used. It does need to be properly cleaned.
