Based on the illustration, my estimate is that it's from the 1920's, no later than 1930's. Size: 3.5 x 5," measured at the tallest and widest points. Vintage: not marked. Based on the illustration, my estimate is that it's from the 1920's, no later than 1930's. Condition: Unused.  The cardboard stand has not been folded out; the metal piece that would hold the umbrella tissue in place has not been bent. No signature.  It does have some scuffing, bending, and a small pinhole on the lower left part of the unfolded umbrella (as viewed in the photos.).  Otherwise minor edge wear. No envelope.
