This large round Mun Shou bowl with lid is part of a larger collection of turquoise Mun Shou dinner ware that will go up for sale. This large tureen has the mark of Zhongguo Jingdezhen Zhi, It dates to around 1950. This large round Mun Shou bowl with lid is part of a larger collection of turquoise Mun Shou dinner ware that will go up for sale. This large tureen has the mark of Zhongguo Jingdezhen Zhi, It dates to around 1950. The piece has four red small handles and a lid.  Jingdezhen has been a ceramics town in China for over 1700 years and is known for its ceramics museum and of course ceramics.  Condition is good, there are a few small chips on the underside of the lid.  Measurements are diameter 10", overall height to top of lid is 6".
