There are 3 sets of blue, one of these sets has a chipped teacup. The finish appears to be a mix of paint and glaze. The whole set could use a good cleaning. There is wear to the paint, especially on the black parts. Set of 5 Vintage Noritake teacups and snack trays. The teacups are 3-3/16 inch diameter and 1-7/8 inch tall. The snack plates are 8.5 inches by 7-1/4 at the widest parts. There are 3 sets of blue, one of these sets has a chipped teacup. There are 2 sets of peach. The whole set could use a good cleaning. There is wear to the paint, especially on the black parts. I don't see any other cracks or chips besides the one blue cup. There are some scratches and wear, as well as imperfections from the manufacturing process. The finish appears to be a mix of paint and glaze. The inside of the teacups look almost like abalone. The blue and the peach glaze have the same type of luster. I think these were used quite a bit, they were my Great aunt's. There is an extra blue plate, which I will include with purchase.
