The pants do have back elastic. This adorable outfit came from a store that closed their doors in 2000. All their merchandise was from late 1970’s to 2000. All still have tags! So many rare pieces from the 70’s through early 2000’s. This is a cute three-piece girls outfit in a size 3T. Adorable cuff, sleeves, and anchor and sailboat prints . The pants are white and there is a white removable belt with the gold clasp. The pants do have back elastic . Outfit is made in the USA tags attached. The pants do have a small rust stain from the back of the belt . The pants will need to be washed since they are white and have been hanging for many many years .
