Silvertone Bib Bubble Statement Necklace, 19" long with a 4" extender chain Preowned estate piece in excellent condition I don't know much about this piece, it is from my mother's vast jewelry collection and it's not marked in any way that I can find other than a small hang tag with China on it.  Almost all of her jewelry was from QVC but I am assuming this is costume/fashion jewelry because of it not being marked.
