YOUR OLD PINS SHOULD BE CAREFULLY REMOVED, POSSIBLY BY BEING DRILLED OUT, THE OLD PINS MAY BE PUNCHED OUT BUT THIS MAY BREAK THE CASTINGS THAT HOLD THE PINS IN. You're buying the flexible sole for a Stanley #20 compass plane.  This sole is from an early plane with the patent date of June 17th 1879 (cast into the dovetail). The sole is in very good condition, has been carefully cleaned, lightly oiled and ready to install.  The original attaching pins are included. ***** GREAT CARE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN TRANSFERRING  THE PINS.
