Vintage Mitterteich tea set, includes a teapot and a covered sugar bowl. Made in Bavaria, Germany during the American occupation from 1945-1949. They feature dainty floral sprigs, gold scrolls and trim. The teapot is 7 1/2” tall, and 7 1/4” wide spout to handle, and the sugar bowl is 3 1/2” with a 3” diameter. This set is in very good vintage condition, you will find a small chip on the underside of the sugar bowl lid and very light loss of the gold trim. No additional chips , cracks, crazing or repairs.
