All the buttons are original, as are the linings, which are in excellent shape with very minor exceptions. Three-button closure; two-button cuffs. Two inside breast pockets; kerchief pocket; two flap hip pockets. I have loved this 1960s sportcoat since I bought it at the Loony Bin on East Lake Street in Minneapolis in 1987--the early days of po-mo Anglophilia and WASP wannabe-ism! I had it taken in at the chest a bit, so it's just a scoche over 38 inches, and it cuts a trim profile, which complements the comforting vibe of the Harris tweed nicely. Three-button closure; two-button cuffs. Two inside breast pockets; kerchief pocket; two flap hip pockets. All the buttons are original, as are the linings, which are in excellent shape with very minor exceptions. I'm too colorblind to do the colors justice, so I'll just say there are some pretty, dusky, blue-green (teal?) flecks in the tweed, and let the photos show the rest. I often wore this with, say, a pleated pair of stone white chinos and a green Oxford, and Florsheim wing-tips and belt of London tan. Note that I also have listed a pair of size 32 x 32 vintage 1989 (your grandfather's BR) Banana Republic soft, long-fiber (not like anything you'll find from them these days) wool twill trousers that were splendid with this jacket. Pit-to-pit, 24 inches. Yoke 19 inches. Neck to hem 31.5 inches. Sleeve length from center of neck 35 inches. Cuffs 6 inches across. Condition: Pre-owned - Excellent.
