Simplicity 7239  ©1975 Infant / Toddler's Dress in Two Lengths and Pants (Transfer for Embroidery and Smocking Included):  The dress with back button closing has gathers, lined yoke, high round neckline, set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and with elastic casings forming self ruffles and contrasting peter pan collar.  V. 1, 2 and 3 have short puff sleeves.  V. 1 or 2 with embroidery on collar features smocking.  V. 1, 3 and 4 are short length.  V. 2 is longer length.  V. 3 features lace flower trim. Rick-rack and bow trimmed  V. 4 has long sleeves.  Pants V. 4 have elastic waistline casing. Size Little girls ½ = 6-12 months Breast 19”  Waist 19” please go by measurements not by size as this is a vintage pattern  OUT OF PRINT UNUSED UNCUT AND PATTERN INSERTS This pattern is in  uncut condition  Envelope is a little worn from storage see photos The package is showing wear, but it does not affect the pattern.
