Truly rare and extraordinary. It is a brown drip underglaze ceramic which was glazed over in a white glaze. When you turn it over, you see the brown drip glaze base (see last photo). ANGEL - ceramic white glaze over brown drip glaze Figurine 7" H ANGEL - vintage. A gorgeous russet (red) haired angel with wings glazed ceramic figure. She has a wonderfully elongated tall body, and outstretched wings. 7" high x 2 1/2" wide (with wings) x 1 1/4" deep. Base 3" x 2" Truly rare and extraordinary.  It is a brown drip underglaze ceramic which was glazed over in a white glaze. When you turn it over, you see the brown drip glaze base (see last photo). There are tiny imperfections (holes) from the manufacturing process (12-16) most evident on the back lower part, and on the lower portion of the front robe. There is a tiny portion of glaze missing (during manufacturing) on the back, where the end of her hair meets her upper wing (photo 11). The face and hair are painted and not glazed (0.9.4/1/6-18). With her nicely painted serene face and bright red/russet hair, this is wonderful for someone to add to an angel, ceramics, or figurine collection.
