Antique German porcelain regimental stein with pewter lid and cavalry finial Includes one elaborately painted regimental stein with a raised cavalry soldier finial and lithophane base depicting a soldier and companion. This porcelain stein is marked “Drag. Regt.” on the rim and “Erinnerung an” at the base. It features colorful transfer-decorated scenes of cavalry soldiers, horses, and regimental life, along with text panels. The pewter lid has a figural finial of a mounted rider and a lion-form thumblift. The base contains a lithophane (visible when held to light) showing a soldier and a woman.
