Rogers" on the bottom, confirming authentic brand marking. Three ornate legs ending in detailed claw/animal paw feet, each leg fixed with decorative medallion-style fasteners. Bowl measures approximately 5.5 inches in diameter and stand is almost 7 inches tall. Silverplate metal (not marked sterling). Mid to Late 20th century vintage (20+ years old).
