Original tintype, woman posing outdoors with her tabby cat, who is wonderfully posed on box, and who appears to be dozing. Great, unusual composition. Tintype is about 3.5" x 2.5" and in very good or better antique condition with no bends, being on a double thick iron sheet, like the earliest Neff tintypes, though I believe this dates to the 1880s.
