Such an unusual piece with lid and fingertip handle. Bright gold trims the round fingertip lid handle and rims. The underside is hand marked and numbered. Perfect as a decor piece, powder box, dresser, trinkets or sweets display. A unique Mid Century Italian Vintage ceramic creation designed by "J B" (unable to identify Artisan). Such an unusual piece with lid and fingertip handle.   This spectacular glazed piece is handpainted with colorful leaves on a creamy tan background ~ accented with white "drip" dot design creating dimension and texture.  Bright gold trims the round fingertip lid handle and rims.  The underside is hand marked and numbered.  Perfect as a decor piece, powder box, dresser, trinkets or sweets display. This Bowl measures nearly 2  1/4" high (not including handles ~ it's close to 3" tall with handles).  Approximately 5  1/4" in diameter.      As is expected with these unique pieces, there are expected crafting blemishes ~ pops, skips, painting issues and molding impressions.  There is one underside rim chip which does not detract from the unique character of this creation. In lovely condition with virtually no signs of use.  A terrific display piece.  A gentle cleaning may be preferred to remove years of storage. NOTE:  We apologize for camera flash reflection.
