Condition is never used perfect.  Easy to tell it's never been used because the ring is unscratched and shiny as can be and the black enamel - same thing.  I bought it with a NWOT very vintage Coach water buffalo wallet from the 70's so I really am not sure how far back this little jewel goes.  Measurements can be seen in a couple of the pics Condition: New without tags.
