This is a handmade dress, so no size or brand is available. I’d guess it’s similar to a modern women’s 6. The measurements are shown in the photos. The hem can be let out a bit if needed. The fabric feels like a traditional polyester. The stitching is good, it was made by a seamstress who knew what she was doing. There are no holes. There is no fading or fraying. There are a few small spots, I believe that are just surface dust. I showed these in the photos using painters tape. I am not an expert on cleaning vintage clothes and did not want to risk damaging it by cleaning it, but it feels substantial enough to wash and wear. The zipper works fine.
