The canvas does have some nicks along the edges and the insert is missing along with the key. However you do not need a key to open the trunk. It will also come with the matching luggage tag in Vachetta leather. Trunk does not stay open on its own. Hardware has darkened as brass does, I have polished it in the past but not in recent years.
