This vintage 70s maxi prom or bridesmaid dress features a round neck, short flutter sleeves, diagonal ruffles on bodice, elastic waist, narrow tie at waist, and zip closure in back. From a non-smoking, pet-free home.  Please note, this is a vintage dress. It has a tag that says 9/10, but I am not certain whether that is a size tag. (See last pic.) Based on the measurements, the stretchiness of the fabric, and the fact that vintage sizing is typically MUCH smaller than modern sizing, it is likely a modern size Small or Extra Small. To ensure a comfortable fit, please compare the provided measurements with a garment in your wardrobe that fits you and/or your own body measurements. If you don't have a flexible tape measure, you can wrap a piece of string around your waist or bust and then measure the string with a contractor's tape measure, ruler, or yard stick. For reference, my mannequin has a 36" bust and 26" waist.  Bust (pit to pit) - 17.5" flat across = 35" around Waist - 11.5" flat across, unstretched. Stretches to at least 16" or even 17".
