All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the Shipper to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- We must have photos of the damaged item and the damage to the exterior of the box to process claims online, so you will need to be able to send us digital photos. *Items lost in shipment or not received*...
