Decorated with a heavy gold border with gold and yellow enamel scrollwork and hand enameled blue forget me not flowers. Gold gilding along the rim. Unsigned. Probably produced by Moser or one of their contemporaries. Circa 1880 to 1900. Has some wear to the gilding and enamel, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 4 1/8 inches wide from one handle to another x 4 1/2 inches tall.  This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
