This handmade dolphin mug is a creation of potter and marine life bronze sculptor, Doug Wylie. Another dolphin within the vessel rears its friendly bright face above the deep cobalt. This handmade dolphin mug is a creation of potter and marine life bronze sculptor, Doug Wylie.  It is a fine piece and is absolutely gorgeous!  A dolphin figure on the outside of the mug is masked by the drip glaze of gray and green portraying a kelp forest. Another dolphin within the vessel rears its friendly bright face above the deep cobalt. The slight twist of the tail allows the right-handed sipper to comfortably hold and tip the vessel while drinking. The condition and quality is superb. There are no scratches, crazing, cracks, chips, breaks, or repairs. The original tag is on the bottom and the mug appears to have been never used.  I believe this to be a vintage mug from when ClayFish Cermaics was in operation between 1979-1989.
