Offered is an antique Czechoslovakia Filigree & Cobalt Blue Glass Belt Sash Buckle.  This buckle is lovely as it is with enough blackening/dirt for a perfect unified lovely look...but I am almost certain it's missing rhinestones.....I don't think the little flowers directly beside the cabochon had rhinestones because of the intricate engraving BUT may have had.....same with directly above and below the cabo is some rather intricate carving I don't THINK had a rhinestone BUT may have had....but I'm rather certain on either side of the cabo, past where the little carved flower is, was once  a rhinestone on each side.
