The stamp on the back is in green saying Noritake, the M in the middle signifying it is a Morimura Brothers piece, Handpainted Made in Japan. There are no cracks or crazing but there is one chip, as depicted in the last photo. I have for sale a hand painted vintage Noritake serving bowl from the 1930's.  This bowl was a graduation gift to a family member in 1934.  It has never been used.  It's a beautiful tab handled bowl with a peach colored lustreware lusterware rim then a black band with a pastoral scene of trees, a river, a sweet cottage, etc.  The stamp on the back is in green saying Noritake, the M in the middle signifying it is a Morimura Brothers piece, Handpainted  Made in Japan.  Please see the photos for the best description.  There are no cracks or crazing but there is one chip, as depicted in the last photo.  It is on the underside of the rim and cannot be seen from the top.  There is some rubbing of the black rim and band with some paint loss.   This serving size bowl measures 10 inches across from handle to handle, 9.5 inches across the other way.  It measures about 2.5 inches high.  It will make for a beautiful display piece.  It has been stored in a smoke free and pet free home.
