Beautiful Birds & Flowers & Gold Trim around Edges, all painting looks hand painted. This dish has handles on each side. Really a nice piece! Looks like it just sat on a shelf. From my research, I would say from late 1940s to 1960s. Vintage Lusterware Celery/Serving Dish marked Germany & with an impressed W on underside of dish. Beautiful Birds & Flowers & Gold Trim around Edges, all painting looks hand painted.  some of the gold may be a little worn in spots or it's from Manufacturing. This dish has handles on each side.  It measures 9.25" x 4" x 1". Really a nice piece!  Looks like it just sat on a shelf.  From my research, I would say from late 1940s to 1960s.   Remember this is a vintage or used item and may not be perfect.  Please refer to photos, taken with and without flash.
