Vintage Lusterware Footed Cup & Saucer Pink Roses Gold Trim Japan For consideration is this vintage lusterware footed cup and saucer set. The inside of the cup and saucer have luster over a pink rose and rose bud design with gray green leaves and a gold   web or net design. The saucer is edged in gold and cup rim, handle and toe tips are trimmed in gold and both pieces have scalloped rims. The top half of the cup outside is luster, separated by a gold line and the bottom half of the cup is white. The cup measure 2¼ inches tall and the mouth measures 3 7/8 inches in diameter. The saucer measures 5½ inches in diameter. Although there is no mark on either piece it is safe to assume this is Mid-Century Modern – the 1950s – and from Japan.
