The couple's costumes, the table setting, the surrounding trees, and building are all carefully preserved using a special four-color cobalt/emerald/ivory/brown handpainted decoration.The marking  1/2 L , which stands for  1/2 liter . This marking indicates the mug's volume capacity.     Fill line:  German regulations require a fill line to be marked on the side of the glass, so the "1/2 L" marking indicates the regulated fill volume. The space above the line allows for the beer's foam head. Relief conical pewter lid.
