Beautiful Helzberg heart pendant necklace, measures a little under 17” length. Sterling silver with small gold vermeil center heart, can be reversed and the other side is all silver. There are a few tiny diamonds in the textured portion of the heart, very small and hard to see in photos. Nice vintage condition with minimal signs of wear.
