The item has natural wear, minor scratches, and minor scuff marks. Also, there is writing on around 2-3 pages of the diary, but the rest are blank pages. However, the item is in overall good condition. The lock does not come with a key. The lock is unlocked, but you have to slightly pull up on the shackle to open and close it. Just make sure to not press down on the shackle because it might lock the lock for good if you do not have a key for it. This item would make a great addition to any Lisa Frank or diary collection.
