Wonderful design!  This is a light to medium weight cotton ~ ideal for pillows, window treatments , light upholstery etc ~ this panel once had a long hem, so the bottom 11 inches is best considered only for cutting as the hem lines are quite obvious . There are some tiny pale pepper marks in places and a few pale small marks on this beautiful panel. There are also a  few small holes ( smaller than peas)  ~ ~ a lovely fabric ~ The rings that were used for hanging are still hand stitched to the backing ( please see my other textiles for the matching panel with ruffle)   ~*~  ~*~ *~   ~ *~ ( textile 99) MEASUREMENTS : 99 inches long by 33 inches wide ( including the 2 inch ruffle)  ~*~ ~*~ ~   CONDITION : I've hand washed this lovely fabric and it's ready to use.
