Japan’s Three Beauties of the Present Day (Tōji San Bijin) was created by artist Kitagawa Utamaro around 1793 and depicts three real-life 18th-century celebrity women from Edo-period Japan. They were teahouse waitresses Naniwaya Kita and Takashima Hisa and geisha Tomimoto Toyohina, known for their charm and fashionable style. Nice vintage preowned condition with no chips or cracks; one has a Made in Japan sticker on the base. About 3.5" tall and 4 1/2" wide, including handle. Condition: Used.
