Really lovely colors on a soft pinky peach ground. Again, bold large beautiful blooms on this. I have a 30+ year long & extensive knowledge of textiles and gauge age ranges; fiber content etc. Really lovely vintage large scale indienne floral cotton. This was sort of a rescue mission because this gorgeous cotton definitely deserves to be reused/repurposed. A large panel I stumbled on that had already been partially dismantled & areas cut. There were a few random marks as well but still lots of wonderful usable fabric. The design is stunning. I know nothing about this piece. Strikes me as possibly 1990’s? Really lovely colors on a soft pinky peach ground. Again, bold large beautiful blooms on this. This length is the wider one of the 2 I’ll be listing. ***Measures ~ aprox 52” wide by 34” long (2 available continuously, so 52” wide by 68” long if purchasing both) Condition is good & strong. I gave this a quick wash & very light press (may need further pressing) Most of the initial marks came out. A few did lighten but are still there when you look closely, relatively faint. May just need another wash? Again, I think overall they’re fairly faint leaving lots to work with. So may depend on your project as to whether they will matter. Again, this is salvaged. Some old threads remain on the raw selvage. Great for pillows, patchwork, textile art etc..Appliqué work could be quite lovely too.
