Up for your consideration is this great Cousances 26 Le Creuset enamel cast iron 10 1/2" fluted pan for baking pies, quiche, and tarts. The pan is in very good vintage condition with the exception that there are a few chips on the edge and some light scuff marks on the plate, but still in very good shape for it's age. The stamp on the plate is kind of shallow and a little hard to read, but it is there. The plate weighs 4.15 lbs, so it will make for a heavy package.
